Our kitchen Pioneer Pie Co bakes both gluten-containing and gluten-free pies in our Albany kitchen. We take allergen management seriously and follow strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination. Our gluten-free pies are certified to GFCO standard - one of the most rigorous gluten-free certifications in the world.
Gluten-Free Selected pies are available in gluten-free versions, certified to GFCO standard (gfco.org). These are clearly labelled on our online menu. If you have coeliac disease or a serious gluten intolerance, please contact us before ordering at carla@pioneerpies.co.nz.
Independently lab tested by AsureQuality - gluten content less than 3 ppm.
Dairy-Free Selected pies are available dairy-free. These are clearly labelled on our online menu. Always check the individual pie's ingredient list to confirm.
Vegan Our Good Sort pie is fully vegan and dairy-free. Check the online menu for current vegan options.
