Shipping policy

We ship NZ wide to urban addresses.  We cannot deliver to Rural addresses due to the delivery delays these incur.

This is a signature required service please make sure someone will be there to sign for your pies.

Shipped on a Wednesday for Thursday delivery

All orders are baked fresh on a Wednesday and shipped the same day in special pie-friendly packaging.  The pies are set to arrive the next day.

We do our very best to deliver within the times given, but as we use an independent company in NZ Couriers to ship our goods, please be aware these times can alter.

If for what ever reason we are unable to supply any product(s) you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same or higher value or issue an immediate refund on the item.
