North Island Wide Delivery

Orders are shipped throughout the North Island at a flat rate of $9.90.  This is a signature required service please make sure someone will be there to sign for your pies.

We cannot deliver to Rural addresses due to the delivery delays these incur.

South Island Wide Delivery

We ship to urban South Island at a flat rate of $19.95.  This is a signature required service please make sure someone will be there to sign for your pies.

We cannot deliver to Rural addresses due to the delivery delays these incur.

Shipped on a Thursday

All orders are baked fresh on a Thursday and shipped the same day in special pie-friendly packaging.

Delivery Promise

We do our very best to deliver within the times given, but as we use an independent company in NZ Couriers to ship our goods, please be aware these times can alter.

If you have any issues with your order please contact us by email on mypies@pioneerpies.co.nz.

If for what ever reason we are unable to supply any product(s) you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same or higher value or issue an immediate refund on the item.

Returns

We want to you LOVE your pies - if your pie order is incorrect or they've arrived to you in less than perfect condition please email us and we will get you sorted.

Refund/Return Policy

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and your not happy with your order please contact us at mypies@pioneerpies.co.nz.

You must notify Pioneer Pie Co. via email the same day of the delivery being made. Consumed or already disposed of items will not be eligible for a refund or credit and photographic evidence of the product. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order before notifying us.
